• A bank like Chino Commercial Bank can help new businesses grow capitol by offering them loans to help increase production of goods within a company. These loans can help a business gain a better foothold especially if they don’t have the funds themselves.

 

What is the best indication that a company will be successful financially?

• The best indication that a company will be successful financially is how the business leaders strategize and make the right decisions. Many times businesses fail because they don’t make the right decisions financially early on causing them to fall into debt and a whole lot of trouble. The few companies that do become very successful have either had a groundbreaking idea or had the best business model that helped spread their name around.

What makes someone successful within your field of work?

• In order to become successful within my field of work you have to be committed even if you don’t enjoy everyday. You have to be trustworthy especially because you are working with expensive product that if held up in the warehouse could cost us extra money. You have to also be coordinated because you are working with different kinds of people like engineers who are serious at what they do.

 

What is it like dealing with clients?

• Having lots of patience will get you far but you most importantly have to be trustworthy and prove to them that your company is reliable and will get the job done.

Hello West House, I am your scribe for this week. Over the past couple weeks the Winter Olympics have been going on in Pyeongchang, South Korea. The Winter Olympics involves many well trained athletes representing countries from all over the world, who come together and compete for medals in a variety of winter sports. However winning a medal isn’t that easy especially when you are under pressure. Athletes consider mental training to be more important than physical training during their competitions. As you will read in this article, the difference between a gold and silver medal is the mental focus that some athletes have better than others
